Whoops.
In other news - I'm trying to survive the next two days before Spring Break.
Grey's Anatomy is pretty spot on with this:
We try to do the best we can. But the world is full of unexpected twists and turns. And just when you’ve gotten the lay of the land, the ground underneath you shifts. And knocks you off your feet. If you’re lucky, you’ll end up with nothing more than a flesh wound, something a band-aid will cover. But, some wounds are deeper than they first appear and require more than just a quick fix. With some wounds, you have to rip off the band-aid, let them breathe, and give them time to heal.
I guess next week will be our time to heal...a little.
*Sorry - I never intended for this to be a serious business post. But alas, it morphed into one. What can you do. Some days you just can't help it. People need an outlet to vent. And this is (one of) mine. Sorry Nick, Mom, Dad & V. You get to hear this over and over again.

3 special comments:
First thing about the shower curtain... Did you put it in the dryer or hang it back up to dry???? Second you have just two days til freedom :) No BS to deal with.
Curly Sue - I let it air dry!
Yeah - totally looking forward to getting the next two days over with. Then the 7 week count down starts. ;)
I had no idea that those things would shrink if you didn't dry it. I mean that makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever.
I have decided that it's not worth getting upset over. Granted, we still haven't suffered through the faculty meeting scheduled for tomorrow. apparently they will be talking about emails and all other stuff.
Favoritism sucks, but it's everywhere.
But I completely agree, I have been doing some things forever and they were fine, and then all of a sudden BAM, no more. makes me hate my job.
never fear, I will always be here to listen to you vent. and I can't wait until friday. We are taking the hangover to watch and hopefully I won't be too hungover to enjoy my week!
