Truths

From Ruminations.com

Any time I am in a meeting and someone starts taking notes, I find myself thinking, "Should I be taking notes? Did I miss something important? What the hell is she writing?" I spend more time figuring out what I missed than listening to the rest.

Just once, I would like to be able to use a tube of chapstick until it's empty, and not have to buy a new one per week because I lost the old one somewhere between work and home, in the car, or put it through the wash/dry cycle.

I go to work, come home, and then have dreams about being at work. So technically, I should be paid for about eighty hours a week.

I love how you can make the most offensive comment about a person but add LOL to the end and it makes up for it. I should be shocked and appalled, but there's an LOL at the end, so clearly you must be joking.

I spend a lot of time wondering what normal people do in my situations.

I don't know what I like more, sleeping in as late as I want or taking as long a nap as I want, oh wait I guess it's not having kids that I like the most.  [LOL - I HAD to add it!!]

I can never shake the feeling that I'm supposed to be doing something else, even if I'm actually doing something that I should be doing.

No matter what other acting they ever do in their lives, I'll always call the LOST characters by their LOST names.

Yeah, I always have a pen in hand and a notepad but never write anything down, gotta make it look good anyway. I think you should get paid for 365 days! I see monster made the blog again. Glad you had a good visit, it's great to be wild, crazy, silly.
Love ya!

I'm tellin ya...don't have kids. LOL they ruin everything, especially your sleep schedule. JK, I love my kids.
My level of maturity definitely changes, all the time. just ask my mom about when we are chatting on gmail and she is near me.
I can think of several examples of ppl we use the LOL thing on so they dont' know how mean we really are. When I think about it, we are really kinda mean to certain people aren't we?
I love ruminations. I think I sent these or loved several of them. <3.

Words of Wisdom

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some are broken, some are whole, some have weird names, and all are different colors.... but they all learn to live in the same box.
